Does it cost anything?
No. The programme is free to everyone selected. You only pay for your own mobile data.
Do I need an email address?
No. You can apply and sign in with a phone number, and we will send you a code on WhatsApp, or by SMS if WhatsApp does not reach you.
Can I study without airtime or data?
Yes, once a module is downloaded. Download over Wi-Fi, then work through it offline. Your progress is saved on the phone and syncs the next time you connect.
Why can I only take one course at a time?
Finishing beats starting. The next course in your queue opens automatically the moment you complete the one you are on.
How do I get my certificate?
It is issued automatically when you complete every required part of a pathway, and it carries a code anyone can use to check it is genuine.
What phone do I need?
Any reasonably recent Android or iPhone with a browser. The platform is built for small screens and slow connections.
