Your name, contact details and the demographic answers you give when you apply. These support monitoring and evaluation of the programme.

What you do on the platform: which lessons you open, your quiz answers and scores, and the support messages you send.

To run your course, mark your work and issue your certificate.

To reach you with reminders on the channels you agreed to, and to answer you when you ask for help.

To report on the programme. Reporting uses grouped figures, not individual records.

You choose WhatsApp, SMS or email separately, and you can change or withdraw any of them at any time in your settings.

Withdrawing consent stops reminders. We will still contact you about things essential to your course, such as a change of date.

The platform runs on servers in Botswana once in-country hosting is provisioned. Until then it runs in an approved location inside the European Economic Area, and everything moves to Botswana at migration.

Backups are encrypted before they leave the server, so the storage provider holds only unreadable data.

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the help desk and we will respond within the statutory period.

Deleting your account removes your personal details. Grouped programme statistics that no longer identify you are kept.
